Earl K. Rigler, Jr. Earl K. Rigler, Jr. graduated from Clemson University in 1971 and went on to the University of Baltimore School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1977. Born and raised in the Kennett Square area, Earl has been a respected community member for many years. As a founding member of the Longwood Rotary Club, past president of the Kennett Square Rotary Club, and a longtime member of the Kennett Consolidated School District Board of Directors, he is well known for his professionalism and dedication to improving his community.

Anita M. D’Amico is a 2004 graduate of DeSales University, and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2007. After a law school apprenticeship with Earl at his former firm, Anita wanted to continue to gain the experience and professionalism that has been connected to Earl throughout his years of practice, so they joined together to found Rigler & D’Amico, LLC. Anita is also active in the community as a member of the West Grove-Avondale Rotary Club and G.R.O.W. of West Grove, Pennsylvania. Along with being a member of the Pennsylvania bar, Anita is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
